Goodness me! Martin himself rides in! This is wonderful - I rather think OH should know he's not Man Isolated now....and what a pardner!

ws, I can't top that, but it does mean, of course, that you have that extra impetus now - both of you, to stay with it, with us.

I know I'm not alone in wishing you all a much better weekend, with real hope, than you were dreading just 9 days ago.

December starts on Tuesday - going back to your Thread's title: you know now that you can and will eat well this month.
...and then, every succeeding month.

Hugs and warmth and heads up all 3 of you - it's a wrap-up few days ahead.

Just picked up this thread by accident whilst searching for something. It looks like you have had a lot of good advice and help as usual from the forum. When you have the time, please let us know how things are, as I know that you were worried about February. I really hope all is OK. Love and hugs to you and the family.
