Has anyone used Gigantic.com before?

Bought some tickets from gigantic.com just recently, I was wondering if anyone had any experience with them regarding when they send their tickets out?

I've booked with them loads, as I like that they don't rip you off with ridiculously high booking fees, unlike other ticket sites!

The time it takes to send out the tickets normally varies depending on the venue, but I've never had any complaints about late tickets with them (again, unlike other ticket sites!).

Thanks for your response, I've never booked tickets before so wasn't sure when they were sent out. Heard good things about them though!
