Cheapest Company To Hire A Car For A Week-Help!?

Hi
We are going away next week and we are having problems with our car. My folks have offered to pay half of a hire car and wanted to know what the cheapest and best value company is.
Can anyone advise please? It will be for 7 days and needs to be big enough for 3 people, suitcase and a wheelchair. OH is 31 with no endorsements on his lisence.
