Internal door 29" wide - no such thing?!

Having trouble finding an internal door 29" wide, 79" tall for our bathroom. We currently don't have a door, with Christmas & visitors coming it's becoming URGENT!

Any ideas???

    You buy a 30" door and cut it to size. Regular doors are 78" so you can bring down the height of the frame by putting a new piece of wood across the top inside of the frame and then painting it in to match the rest of the frame.

    You will get any size of door second hand on ebay. If you set up a search for internal door within a certain mileage of your house and get it to email you every day, something will come up within a couple of weeks.

  • sounds like a standerd 2foot 6" door thats had a bit planed off the width to fit , when you measured the height did you allow for a small gap top (3mm)and bottom for carpet clearance ?
    most door frames twist or grow slightly in time or have that many coats of paint on
