After being made redundant in January i finally received a redundancy payment last week.
We went through a tribunal and were awarded a protective award, we are yet to hear how much that would be.
Anybody got any idea how this is calculated?

Protective award is usually based on the government minimum redundancy payment but can include the 90 day protective award if the company failed to follow correct procedures.0

Thanks for that. They never followed procedure no.
I was just curious of a rough guide of how to calculate potential award in £.0 -
If they have awarded you the 90 days then it is based on your normal salary.0
