    Hi all.
Today has NOT gone as planned! Postman brought a letter from my ex-employer the tone of which was hostile (to say the least) and the content of which was totally untrue. This sent me off on a complete 'wobbler' It's bad enough losing your job without someone then putting a malicious spin on it. So I then had to spend on a phone call to their Head Office and put together a pack of evidence, which meant a trip to the local Spar (more spends on photocopies) and a trip to the Post Office (cost of recorded delivery). By this time my blood was boiling so I decided to walk for a while to calm down. Fine, except my walk took me through the towns main street and further spends. Nothing major, I'm pleased to report, but I spent a further £4 on bits and bobs that we would otherwise have done without.

The upside of this is that as I was climbing the hill back home I realised the anger had disappeared and I'm looking forward to a spend free afternoon in the garden :j .

    (sorry for the rant,folks)
