Hi
Need to keep a closer eye on things, so will be joining in!!! Since becoming debt-free I seem to have started to lose control. So......
Today £2.80 just spent at the swimming pool, but have picked up the leaflet about cheaper prices for locals!!!
And that all I plan to spend today, 21 days till pay pay and I have £108 in my spend account. Really want to end the month with £50, so fingers crossed :rolleyes:0 -
hi all,
Today I am going to the pub with an old colleague (I think he wants to talk to me about a job at his new place which could mean more £££) so I will be spending £10.
I have £191 to last me the month but I have my sister's birthday, my best friend's birthday, father's day..... it's just an ongoing cycle!Saving for an early retirement!0 -

I am screwing my eyes up when driving in the sun - I really need a pair of *cheap* sunglasses - stop me ruining my eyes and getting premature wrinkles (don't want none of those!)
Any suggestions for cheap sunglasses? I'd like to buy some today with my bingo winnings from my night out last night. Ok, I only won my stake back - but was money I had allocated to go out! I'm in central Edinburgh so lots of different shops around here.
This will be all I spend today, hopefully. However, I'm going over to my friend's house this evening to get my hair cut and have a free Indian head massage, so we might pop out for a quick drink to sit outside the pub - but just a diet coke or something.
Have a lovely sunny day - why, oh why do we have to work in the summer?

it will be a big one for me again today, but i am not bothered as its for good
have to get some more dye for my curtains as one set is too light (done a purple and pink pair but the pink is too light so i am going to dye them both purple) and then i may get a cake from the bakery/a treat from the £1 shop :rotfl:
I will post the exact amount later0 -
Scottishspendaholic try New Look - I got a great pair for £6, lots of choice too.
Hoping to only spend £10 on gardener - £5 from 2 weeks ago & £5 for today to have all my lawns cut! Have got HM chicken & pasta salad for lunch & had to nip to town to return things I bought in haste on Saturday (refund of £15.18 + credit note for £8.76) , so ended up in credit!2021 Decluttering Awards: ⭐⭐🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇🥇 2022 Decluttering Awards: 🥇

I have spent £2 on carparking, should have only been £1.20 but only had a £2 coin and the machine doesn't give change and I wanted to save it for my CSC. Oh well...
In town I spent £4.99 for a windbreak, £1 for 4 packs of crisps (not a bargain but told DS2 would buy a pack and it was cheaper this way), £1.40 on DD's Dr Who stickers (her money). But the biggie was his sandals £33!! Yes I know expensive but you get what you pay for and they'll last 2 summers. So about £41 in all:eek:Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0 -
just have to do top up shopping so shouldn't be more than a few quid0
