HSBC protection

Hi, Ive recently had a loan from HSBC to pay off the HSBC credit card and pay off another small loan. Whilst doing this, the bank man has noticed problems with regards to the account. We have got all manners of protection, flexi life, accident, sickness, life etc... the list goes on. The long and the short of it all is that lots of the stuff cant be claimed for even if we wanted (not eligable) and have been called back in to sort it out. Whats the best course of action? Its all a bit confusing. Thanks

Hello and welcome.;)
If your not eligible, then its worthless to you, and a waste of your money.
I would write to reclaim on the PPI and interest paid.
For more info with guidelines of reclaiming here

You will find useful info with a checklist of mis selling reasons and template letters, check this through, and if you require any help from here please just yell, good luck and please keep us posted.
