As stated by myself before, my customer specifically stated that she wanted the mats so as far as im concerned whatever they send in its place is not what my customer wanted.
Im sure that if you put yourself in my customers position you would be unhappy knowing that people have had 'free' beach mats when you have paid money to get one.

I like saving money too, but i dont take free things that are rightfully for other people.
I agree with using discount codes ie vouchers etc and appying for free samples but thats it.
Many people are probably thinking 'its not our fault avon did this' and thats true, but its also not my customers fault either and their the ones that are suffering.

rachelc, there was never enough to go around in the first place for genuine orders and that is fact, you will see when everyone comes back on here to say they never got their mats. Possibility they will get their balls. As said before I have been with Avon long enough to know when they are at fault. You are just upset as this has affected you and if it was a freebie going with empire, littlewoods e.t.c you would be in on it too, otherwise you wouldn't be here.
You know Avon's website so why not try the wanted site under frequently asked questions, you may have to pay p&p but least you keep your customers happy.0 -

I seem to remember there was a fuss a while back about Avon and mobile phones. I didn't order one so it didn't affect me but didn't it make watchdog or something?0 -
Miss- Spent, yes that was a few years back when you spent £15.00 on Anew to get a voucher to claim a nokia at the orange shop. This offer was overwhelming and orange and Avon worked together to fulfill the orders with substitute phones such as the red siemens, also allowing people to use the voucher to put £50.00 of credit on their existing orange sims. Customers did have a wait but mine were all left happy with me giving them reassurance.
It was on Watchdog. Hope you get some type of freebie even though may be dissapointing.

Got my free balls today and did not puchase suncare just an eyeshadow plus free delivery, my empirestores courier lady delivered my package.
Shame about the mats as we would have got them too if in stock.
Putting our pool up tomorrow so the kids have got a ball each.
