Car Warranty question
my son has a car that he purchased through a garage with a gol warrenty. The warrenty is through JCT600 warranty administration.
Now, my son is down south in the army, (Rutland) and he bought the car from a garage in Wakefield.
Last night his radiator pump suddenly broke and water was leaking out of the bottom somewhere, he gingerly drove the car to a garage and left it to be inspected for the cause of fault.
Today we were told that the pump had broken and needs to be replaced. Now becasue the warrenty covers cooling and pump fault what is the likelyhood that after getting it fixed at a cost of £250 at another garage the warrenty will pay up.
Obviously if he could have taken it back to wakefield the job would have been done there, but as he can't drive it to that garage he is going to have to get it done down south.
is there any hope for the warranty to still be valid doing the job elsewhere??

All the big powers they've silenced me. So much for free speech and choice on this fundamental human right, and outing the liars.

He needs to read the warranty terms & conditions and follow them exactly, as long as he does this then he should have no problems.0
