Back to work benefits & WT Credit

Does anyone know how long the jobcentre take to pay you the in work credits? £250 & £40 per week?? Plus rang WT today, they won't take my new claim in advance, I start workMonday... Advisor did do it online at jobcentre, but at end of it, there was a number to ring, she gave it me, she should have rang it!! WT did say jobcentre could ring up and maybe put claim in advance.... am confused here, as wasn't that what jobcentre did online today??Also how long are WT taking to sort out claims roughly?? I don't want to end up owing childminder!
