    Just to update the house is ours we passed the credit check. No gurantor needed or anything.

    thats great news good for you, did they not mention the defaults etc.

    did you have to pay any extra up front..

    I told them in person about the defaults but also put it on the form they never mentioned them only said the credit check was okay.

    So just the deposit to pay and to sort out our entry day.
