BT not sending bills out then demanding full payment

Hi i have a problem with BT not sending bills out then demanding full payment ,this has happened since ive joined them in april after my brother defaulted on his own bt line.I had a new account set up by them for phone ,vison and broadband via direct debit but they only take the phone line out .Has anyone else had this problem and what shoud i do about it as each time it costs me £80.The other thing is that they seam to have transfered my bro broadband acc in to my name a now say i owe that as well

Sorry to hear of the problems with your BT bills and the fact that you are not receiving these, can your email your BT account details, along with your forum username to btcare@bt.com and I will be able to investigate this for you and ensure your BT bills are sent out on time each billing cycle.

just a quick update bt have now breached the contract after giving me three weeks to pay so they have cancelled the account0
