Balance transfer from bank account

Just applied for an amazon card, and (suprisingly) was accepted - I get 6months on purchases and 9 months on balance transfers.
My original plan was to transfer some money from my NatWest maestro current account, and pay it off over 9months, but apparently I can only do transfers from credit cards? Is there any way round this?

It's not a major problem for the purchase I was planning on, just means paying off over 6months rather than 9 if necessary, but it'd be nice to get the extra 3 months?

The only way to get at the cash is to use a Super Balance Transfer card, such as Egg Money.

However, there are 2 issues here...

    1. You may lose valuable 0% time by applying for Egg Money, or other SBT card if you don't already have one.

    2. There may be a BT fee on the Amazon card.
