GE money

Like many others, I have a loan with GE Money/First National.
I'm preparing a letter to begin trying to claim my PPI. Can anyone tell me if GE Money has been fined by the FSA? I'm a little confused as GE Capital appears to have been fined but I don't know if GE Money is a part of this company.
My grounds for a claim are that I had a pre-existing medical condition which I explained to the salesperson but she said I had to have the policy or the loan would be refused.

Hello there
I would check the info on the below link, this should also show who were fined, can't remember off-hand, but do check it out, and even if the business were not fined, if you still have your reasons then go for it.;)
