About 10 months ago I joined for the tree trial, got no pin, two months later after they took £6.99 from my account I phoned to complain. They refunded me,
I just noticed they are STILL taking £6.99 from my account - so I phoned again.
I was told that because I had let this go on for over 8 months that I was not entitled to get a refund of more than two months.
Is that right? Its certainly not fair.
Any ideas how I can get my money back from them - thieving little g**s
Oh - and the supervisor was too busy to talk with me !

Why did it take you 8 months to notice they were still billing you?Starting Debt: ~£20,000 01/01/2009. DFD: 20/11/2009 :j

Do you even need a pin? When I did it I set up my passwords and memorable questions etc the first time I logged in and that was it.0

I had the same problem till I rang them! I first of all emailed them because they hadn't sent me a pin number, then noticed 6.99 going out of an account that I rarely use so eventually I rang them so they refunded me 6.99 and I cancelled the service I never bloody got my free trial robbing gits.
So yeah don't use these!0 -

I couldn't have put it better myself. I would contact my bank to ensure any future payments weren't made to them, and take the 2 months they were offering.Success and failure is determined by effort.0
