6 days between exchange & Completion, are we pushing it?
We should be exchanging tommorow, every one is looking to move on the 12/06, as one party involved is going on holiday soon after. Is this Realistically enough time for the Solicitor to do whatever they need to do before completion? I just think our solicitor is going to be awkward, other solicitors involved seem to be Ok'in this date.

No problem - you can even exchange and complete on the same day, but that can make rthings a bit nervy!0

Can do it same day, but anything from the next day or longer is no problems at all.All posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers
