6 days between exchange & Completion, are we pushing it?

6 days between exchange & Completion, are we pushing it?

We should be exchanging tommorow, every one is looking to move on the 12/06, as one party involved is going on holiday soon after. Is this Realistically enough time for the Solicitor to do whatever they need to do before completion? I just think our solicitor is going to be awkward, other solicitors involved seem to be Ok'in this date.

Thanks

No problem - you can even exchange and complete on the same day, but that can make rthings a bit nervy!

Can do it same day, but anything from the next day or longer is no problems at all.
