vistaprint banner stands anyone?

i ordered some new banners last week including their new banner stands.

received the banners this morning and as usual very goodquality but the stands that i ordered are not with them.

Has anyone ordered the banners plus stands beforeand have they come separately?

I ordered themon priority 7 day shipping (which endstomorrow) and the tracking number doesnt work soany info wouldbe a realhelp!

hi thanks for your advice. i have emailed them but it says they will reply within 48hours. Thought it might be a quick answer that someone would know off hand.

The tel number i keep getting is a US telephone number and i seem to get that even when i go through vistaprint.co.uk...could someone post the UK telephone number as i think IE is making my webpages go all screwy somehow?

They often send things out from different locations so they arrive separately although ordered together.

Hi, no sure how much you pay for it, but normally a banner stand comes with both vinyl banner and a stand, and the graphic should be already installed.

I ordered some banner stands from stock displays and they came already made. They were really cheap too - about £70 including the printed banners.

The banner and the banner stand usually are shipped together if the company manufactures both. May be the company placed order for one of the things to another manufacturer. Sometimes it happens. Get the details correctly.

Follow them up throughly. Better get the number of the other manufacturer, if that is the case and contact directly for speedy delivery.

I think that after just over 1 year, the matter may well be resolved by now!
