Thought I would post something nice about them as they seem to usually get nothing but slated.
Booked my car in for an MOT online last week as there was an advert on Google for £27 MOT's.
Took it in today expecting it to fail after reading peoples messages and reviews on here but it passed without a problem.
From booking it in I got a phone call confirming the booking then a couple of days later an email confirmation stating the price at £27. Dropped it off this morning and a couple of hours later got the call to come and get it and there were no faults.
I know it's not really much to shout about but just thought I would post something so people know that it's not only bad service people get from Nationwide.
Off to the pub with the money I saved

We always have our servicing and MOTs done at nationwide and (touch wood) i've not been disappointed yet! We book at short notice, use our clubcard vouchers, and the manager will often waive the couple of quid left on the bill from the oil disposal and has in the past waived the difference between the value of the clubcard vouchers and the actual bill after a service, only a couple of quid but every little helps
We go to the one that is second closest to home as the guy who runs the branch closest to us is a grumpy old moany git. Pick your branch and they can be good.
Good Enough Club member number 27(2) AND I got me a stalkee!
