Another Success this week.
Applied for the egg credit card online in 2002. Cancelled the PPI around 18 months ago as I didn't need it (Covered by employer)
Wrote to them last week saying that the online application used check boxes that do not make it clear if you are buying PPI or not - and now frowned upon by the FSA. Also checked my documentation which stated I would be paying 74p per £100 for PPI but did not state that this was optional.
Logged on to check my account this morning to find it had been credited with just under £5k.
Not a bad return on the price of a first class stamp!
