I've just paid my monthly installment to Homelet for landlord's insurance on a buy-to-let property I've got. Just realised I've been paying in for two years but I've no idea what sort of service they would provide if I had to make a claim.
Has anybody had any dealings with them or can recommend a good alternative?

Boswells of Norwich offer insurance on a block policy for BTL props. if you are a member of National Landlords ASsociation they give an additional discount - i saved my NLA joining fee on the first property i insured with them. Re small claims, they have an excellent fast service. i can thoroughly recommend them.0
