A thought about First Plus

Something that has occurred to me with First Plus and I am sorry if it has been raised before. When responding to PPI claims, they always refer to transcripts of the telephone calls. I cannot remember what was said when I made the call back in 2007, but I suspect that it was ' this call may be recorded for training purposes'
It may be something and nothing, but legally, how does that fair with the claims. Surely if its for training purposes, they cannot use it- can they?

Why??? Have they refused your claim and said that they have a transcript about you asking for the insurance and saying you wanted insurance that only covered 5 years of a god knows how many years loan WITH INTEREST on it too. Even if they have a phone call of you agreeing to the insurance was the insurance ALL explained to you. FOS uphold 99% of Firstplus complaints. That says it all.Something that has occurred to me with First Plus and I am sorry if it has been raised before. When responding to PPI claims, they always refer to transcripts of the telephone calls.
