    They clamped my car even though I am a resident there and have been waiting for my permit.

    Are you looking to get your money back? We can help. Do you know who hired the clampers in the first place (presumably a property management company?), and do youhave exclusive rights to the space you parked in either via your lease, or if you are renting, your landlord's lease?
