Do I have any rights

Hi all.

Purchased a "clothes garment rail" from £-Stretcher a week ago along with a load of other things.

Went to put it up today and one of the clips just snapped straight off in my hand - awful build quality.

Naturally I want to return it for a £6 refund.

I can't however, find part of the original receipt.

I paid by Mastercard, and can only find the "credit card" receipt with details of the TOTAL payment, the date, and the address of the store on.

It doesn't specifiy individual items bought.

Will this be enough do you think?

Having worked for them for almost two years i can tell you that you are unlikely to get a refund.
They will give you an exchange, it can be for anything in the store as long as the value is at least £6, but that's as good as you're going to get because you can't prove when you bought the item.
