Boiler pressure problem

Hi there, I'm desperately hoping someone can help me.
A few weeks ago, my mums gas was changed to metered. We were told to use the emergency credit and then the card will come the next day.
Because of the post strikes, it didn't turn up, and we didn't have any heating for about a day or two. When I finally convinced my mum to phone BG, she was told to buy a card from a paypoint, register it, and use it.
We done this and it didn't work, when she rang back she was told that she had been given the wrong information. They sent round someone else to give us more emergency gas until the card came.
After the heating was on again, we bled all the radiators, and it was normal. A few days later, there was no heating, and we saw the pressure was down so she adjusted the pressure and bled it again. The same thing has happened about every 2 days.
Is there something we aren't doing right? The boiler didn't give any problems before the meter change. Would it be down to BG to fix it?
Thank for reading, any advice will be appreciated.

If you have a promblem with the central heating system pressure then sorry its a fault with the system and not British gas.
You need to check all the rads for any signs of leaks. When the heating is turned on does the pressure guage rise quickly to 3 bar?0 -
I'll take a look when it comes on in a bit. Thank you.Getting there... A deal at a time. :T0
