Some advice on JSA?

I was made redundant and claimed Cont JSA 3 weeks ago. The claim lasted 10 days after which I got a new job. Unfortunately the new job is not working out too well and I have a feeling that even if I dont leave they are gonna let me go. If I do leave will my JSA claim be back-dated to the first date of un-employment or will I have to start all over again with a brand new claim?

You would have to make a new claim.
If you resign or are sacked you may have sanctions and not receive JSA for some weeks/months, but this would be appealable.0
