Has anyone heard of a Tour Organiser Viator.com?

Hi, I'm off to Egypt next week and have been looking to pre-book tours. I've come across Sharm Excursions and Sharm Club and was so close to booking with them until Viator.com appeared. Some of the excursions are half the price of the other websites - I was just wondering if anyone has had any experience of them and whether they are a reputable company? Ive tried googling for information on them, but I', struggling to find reviews etc.

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Im sure though i have heard somewhere that its a reputable company but im sure someone who knows more will be along soon.

I used them when I visited Tokyo in August for a number of tours an found them excellent,

I used them when I was in Ecuador and found them excellent. They are an agent, as in my case the tours were actually run by a company called Gray Line (who were excellent also).

However in 4 out of the 5 times I used them it was cheaper to use Viator than Gray Line!

I used them for excursions in Hamburg. Just took my e-mail receipt to the coach and boat staff - they gave me the tickets.

No problems at all.

We're off to Sharm for Christmas and I just wondered which trips you booked please?

We are interested in quad biking in the Sinai desert and a boat trip to Ras Mohammed and the reefs.
