    Yes.

    CS2 is a straight percentage of your net weekly/monthly income. No outgoings considered.
    August GC 10th - 10th : £200 / £70.61
    NSD : 2/8

    They allow you 64.30 a week for your living costs, then take into account your housing costs, council tax and pension contributions along with any other members of your family that you live with (they are allocated an allowance per person as well)

    It is only then that they look at what contribution you can make to the household of your child. That is what the assessment is made on. They do not take into account any debt that you may have.
