I'm going completely bloody nuts. Cheesy lentil carrot bake sounds like such yummy comfort food to my poor flu-addled brain. How do you make that?

Easy turn oven on medium, put lentils in pan, cover with water and boil for 10-15 mins (these must be the ones you dont soak though!), add a stock cube a few mins in, meanwhile peel and grate carrots, when lentils are soft stir through carrots and boil away most of the remaining water, pour lentils+ carrots into a baking pan and grate cheese on top...wack in oven till cheese is crispy and serve 0
