Thanks for asking how i am, im doped up on my mums tramadol and that helps a bit , and yes i shouldnt shre my mums meds but mine didn't help one bit xx

Hope you are feeling a bit better Toni. I take a very high dose of Tramadol but it doesn't do much unfortunately. They offered me morphine and I refused I like to be in control and not out of it.

It is very cold here again today and my heating isn't having much effect at the mo.

Kids are having a bath so it is quiet at the moment so thought I could at least get the dailies done quickly.
