Problem in staying off is that I got up at 6.45 am, had a shower in this freezing weather, starightened my hair and only knew we were to stay home after I left for work (major accidents and transport issues)... To me, waking up is harder than doing the job, the day is really wasted anyway but not complaining

OMG OMG OMG I am soooooooo excited, we're going to get a kitty!!!! It's a black little girl think she is about 10 weeks old, have wanted another one for 3 years now, we are picking her up at 7 tonight so will post some pic's soon, just hope she gets on with the rats...lol

Evening all.

Just got in after a very long journey home - about an hour and a half. Most of that was getting out of the city where I work. The snow really came down today, started off light when I got to work but got heavier and heavier as the day went on. Our boss decided to shut the office at 3pm but OH who works in the same place but for a different department couldn't finish til normal time so we didn't leave til 4.30pm, by which time the snow was really heavy and all over the roads and filling in footprints as quickly as they were made. Pretty though, I hope some of the pics I took came out ok! Anyway, got home at 6pm. There's been hardly anything at home though, just a light sprinkling - not sure if what we've had at work (about 20 miles north) is on its way or not.

But anyway it's now my time as it's the evening. Dinner (cod fish cakes and oven chips - being a massive cheat but I don't care I love fish cakes!) is in the oven and I'm in my scruffs. After dinner I either take down the tree/decorations or do nothing... if I leave them then tomorrow is my last chance - I think I should do them today.

This is from yesterday, so dates are a bit off, but it still applies. Can anyone help or advise me?

Hello everyone. Hope you're not all too cold, or snowed in or whatever else can be wrong with the weather.

Can I just ask a q about arranging the comps by date order. I clicked on the End Date button, so that comps with the farthest end date come first and I got about 154 pages of comps. So I go to the last page, for the comps with the nearest end dates (i.e. this week) - but there are NO itv comps anywhere near this end, only a couple ending in January and then straight into Feb - is this correct?

ETA: Well, actually I know its not correct, because I opened a new tab with the comps in the standard view and searched for ITV, and there are 3 ITV comps ending 14/01, including one with Take me Out, that are not listed when I click the end date view button. The earliest ending comp that is listed in the End date view is 15/01.

Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to avoid missing comps when they don't appear in the right place? Where can I get more help?

I don't know if I get you right but the itv, magazines comps are kindly posted by some members who update them as soon as they can. You should find all those posted within the timeframe you searched?

Hi NoNameWoman - I used the ITV comps only as an example to demonstrate that when I try to order the comps by end date it doesn't show them all.

For example; There were 3 ITV comps ending on 14 Jan, but when I ordered the comps by end date using the End Date view button, they were not listed among the nearest ending comps on the last page.

I'm sure there muste be comps of other types ending between now and the 14th but it only listed one or two, then went onto 15th Jan and then into February.

Does that make more sense? Its hard to explain without getting wordy!!

Are you sure you are not looking in 'Game over' forum? x

Just change 'sorted by' to 'thread title' then, in 'sorting order', choose 'ascending' or 'descending' and make sure 'from the' is set to 'beginning' rather than 'Last day' or 'Last 2 days'. It should work. sorry if this is not much help and good luck in finding them x

I don't work through comps ending, I do them as posted but I've just sorted the comps board using Thread Title, Ascending, From the beginning and the ITV comps ending 14/01 are showing on pages 60/61. xx
