Excellent Wizard! You should set you and your wife up nicely. I wish that I had parents nearby so I could sell up, move in with them for a bit and pay everything off. Make the most of the massive savings you can accumulate. I'm absolutely terrible for spending money on our house and whilst it's great, I can't imagine the freedom of being able to save up for something and being 'allowed' to buy it (because in reality i should be paying any money I have towards debts!) The feeling of buying something that's not on debt will be worth it. Enjoy!! Thanks, I am so glad that we have now made the right decisions at a young age and not later on in life.
We are now so money wise and im planning to live within our earnings for the rest of our lives. We both have very good pensions with work (Joined mine at 18) so hopefully when the time comes, we can retire stress free.:D0 -
