Stamp Duty Of Pub Lease

Can anyone offer advice or good internet sites wher I can gather some information.
Does anyone know how the stamp duty works on the purchase of a pub lease? Who pays the stamp duty, what is the % of stamp duty payable.
Is the person who originally takes out the lease liable for the stamp duty or do they only pay for the years they have had the pub.
Hope someone can offer a guidance.
Thanks In Advance.
