I hope you take them on Spud. Bullys need to learn they cannot get away with it, in school or out of it, and schools and employers need to learn that bullying should not be tolerated. :mad:

Old school bosses that look the other way and believe it is all 'personality clashes' need a wake up call. :mad:

You may have guessed that I have had personal experience of being bullied!

Rant over, I hope it works out for you, whatever you decide to do.

I've been amazed at just how many people have been through bullying in the workplace.

Unfair dismissal is also far for common that it should be nowadays.

I'm sorry you have also suffered, not nice is it :mad:

A thousand sincerest apologies, my Internet has been down for a couple of days and it's only just come back. I got your PM and will sit down and go through it tomorrow. I'm too tired to think very clearly now so off to bed soonish (mega hectic day!!).
