URGENT ticket help needed before 19/11/09

Not sure if this is in the right place.

I bought tickets months ago to see Muse in Barcelona on 27th, but they've changed the date to the 24th. Obv. I can't go - Servicaixa are offering refund up until the 19th but I've no bleeding clue how to sort it as I'm a little upset and all Spanish except 'joder' and 'mierda' has escaped me. :mad::mad::mad::mad:

Please, please help.

At the bottom of their website is a contact us, you could try filling in the details on there, or look for a phone number and contact them direct, I expect someone will speak english as it is taught in the schools there and most seem to be able too.
