    in theory, yes.

nothing is gauranteed where their clerical system is concerned though.

if you sent them in, they should have copies. if they got your info direct from IR then probably not.

a waiting game till they come through really.

Are they the same net income figures? I wonder why they are different, or is one effective from a different date (even though they were calculated on the same day?)

    Kelloggs

Both are dated 9/6/98 effective from 29/1/96

    1st assesment £35.02 from 29/01/96

Your maintenace assesment following a change of circumstances

    33.83 from 8/4/96

    Next letter

    child mainteance assesment

    £53.60 pw from 29/4/96

These were notified to me in Jun98 the letters i have (copies ) have an address i didn't stay at at that particular time

Sorry 2 different sets of income figures although i can't remember sending in 2 sets of payslips

Ok, so what is the problem you are facing - your original post doesn't say?

    THE CSA in general

    Sorry Kelloggs rant over

I am waiting for my data protection files to try and claw back an understanding as to why my account is in a mess .I have already paid a big whack of maintenance and i'm getting hammered with a DEO (£750 ) although i have been paying over the years .What angers me is that they let you run up £7000 of unpaid maintenance back in 1996 then seemingly notify you 2 1/2 years later that you owe that .
  • Can you prove they were sent to wrong address?

That would be my starting point.
