I have been called and told as iv took my loan before 2005 there are breeches in agreement and i can claim has any one heard of this any help would be great cheers nikki

Hi there and welcome.;)
Not sure about breaches in agreements to be honest but if you were mis sold the PPI, then I would give it a go on reclaiming.
Many have still been successful with reclaiming PPI as from the 1990's, so if this also occurs to you with older loan - ppi give it a shot.
