When i called up recently thw two questions the system gernerated were:
 1) Whats my father profesion - havent seen my father for 20 years and havent a clue what he does, was told to answer "dont know" !!!
 2) whats my favorite *****, and anyone that knows me whould instanlty know what my answer would be!
so in conclusion if someone rang up they would say "dont know" and ***** and they are in, some super sercuity i dont think!!!
and i NEVER got asked if it was ook to use expiarn, was simply told "yu have to set up two sercity questions randomly generated form experian" was not given an option.
and when paying for the phone call i dont like having my time wasted

theres quite a differance to being TOLD and ASKED, and once given the questions i did object and i dont have these questions on my account, i now just have to deny thm using experian each time i call.0

I had this the other day, they ask what colour my first car was and where was my first holiday. Don;t mind only having to give 2 answers instead of address, DOB, NI number blah blah blah!
After doing those questions, I gave my new details and have just been paid today, so definately wasn't a scam!LBM January 2017 £34k will have paid back finally by my DFD May 2021got my first store card on my 18th birthday, never known a life without the grey cloud of debt looming over me. 18yrs and the end is finally in sight 🤩0
