help with strict nat with bt

hi, I am trying to play cod modern warfare 2 but as my nat appears to be strict it won't find any games. i.ve got bt home hub. for some reason at the weekend my nat was showing as open and I had no problem getting games, but it has reverted back to strict. can anyone give me an 'idiots guide' to fixing the nat type please.

you should change this while your at it .
keep admin as user name and then create a strong password .
i have homehub 1.5 and have had no issues in making it a open NAT using the info in this link
