I am not usually backwards in coming forwards when I have a complaint to make. I can rattle off a letter in minutes, and rarely fail to do so if I feel it is warranted. I too make a point of complimenting companies for good service as i want to encourage them to continue,coz lets face it they are few and far between but i rarely get a reply,then i start to wonder if they ever got my email in the first place.I wouldnt stop because of this its nice for a company to feel that all their hard work is worth it.
