Reclaiming PPi

Can anyone tell me or help if they have had success in claiming of GE Capital Bank on Cards like Debenhams etc. Also other Cards under the disguise of Account Cover payment like Selfridges.

I am self employed and these insurances won't do a thing for me. My Wife and I claimed a substantial amount back from HSBC in Bank Charges but we have been lax with Store Cards and Credit Card Charges. How far can we go back. Is it 6 years?

I would appreciate some info and advice please. We used Martins advice to get the Bank Charges back and we wondered as to how easy or difficult this was as opposed to the Bank Charges.

Hello there, well done in your reclaiming for bank charges.:beer:

In regards of PPI, they do say 6 years, but many have been successful in also reclaiming as from the 1990's, so I would give it a go.

Also check on the above success thread, there should be posts that show success within these companies.

You write to the ones that actually sold you the finance.

Hopefully someone will be along to confirm/correct ... but haven't GE cards been taken over by Santander??
