Why did you PM me about this I neither contributed to this thread nor ever heard of spark0 -
I know you mentioned some other things about being disabled etc. re you getting all the benefits you are entitled too like DLA etc. Sometimes you get extra tax credits if you work and or council tax reduction.
I cant advise on spark as I dont know enough about them

Does seem high but is electric for heating etc0 -
