wrote to mbna for cca. arrived back today no signature or tick on the ppi section.but have been charging me for the last 5 years. wondering what is the best way forward. write to them or ring and question why they have been charging.many thanks in advance.

I would definately write to them with your reasons for misselling and also send by recorded delivery too. If you look through the link for the guide here you see there is a template letter that you can use to make up your own letter with your own reasons from. I would always say its better to do this as some of the reasons in the template are not applicable to all. You then give the firm 8 weeks for a full and final response.
