Just noticed an item I have ordered from Ebuyer has been reduced overnight. Mine is due to be despatched on Thursday, am I able to get it at the new price? Whether through changeing the order/cancelling and reordering? Not sure how the system works, has anyone done this before?
BG, I had no idea where to post this, so please move if need be
Thanks!

tbh you'll be lucky if the whole procedure goes smoothly! anything you try and do (cancelling) is likely to be ignored anyway!Tim0

Ive bought a few things from there with no problem, they always arrive when they say they will.0

I wouldn't bother trying to get it at the new price. Their customer service is very poor; it is likely to cost you more in time and hassle than the monetary saving would be worth.0

The exact same happened to me last week. I dropped them an enote through my account and asked for a credit note. I pointed out that I could still cancel the order but would be happy to use a credit note to spend on something else. They reduced the amount on my account the next day before the delivery went out.0

Yes they usually adjust the price you pay if the product price changes whilst in the process.Never buy a stupid dwarf -
Its not big and its not clever.0 -
My last two items ordered have both arrived a day later than expected and having tried to get a credit on the delivery costs I was told that as there was no surcharge on the delivery they would not refund me.It seems to me that their service has got worse over the last few years.0

Thanks all
No harm in emailing to ask them to match the price, its not a massive reduction, but it all counts

If you have the option to cancel the order, it will be in your account option, if not i doubt they will do anything!
Thanks Tom :-)0
