Unfortunately, after all that, images are too small /low resolution to be able to see what they say
Any chance of rehosting to a larger size/resolution OP?"Now to trolling as a concept. .... Personally, I've always found it a little sad that people choose to spend such a large proportion of their lives in this way but they do, and we have to deal with it." - MSE Forum Manager 6th July 20100 -

Hopefully these will be big enough. Thanks for trying to help me guys, I really appreciate it.
In answer to Fire Fox, yes, I gave Spark a reading when I first moved in. The readings on the bill say they are estimated. I have an electric meter, and if I press the Display button there are 5 different readings to cycle through. However, two of them have a little '1' and '2' that comes up in the corner of the screen....I thought maybe these were the Day and Night readings?0 -
I'm sorry I was meant to be checking on these last night but my lovely internet service provider decided to screw something up. Again at work i'm unable to view them as yet again my companies firewall has got in the way. If someone could re-post as they did before it seemed to do the trick.0

Just passing through, but thought I'd help out by posting the images:

Good luck, hope someone can figure it out

@Triggerhappy Thank you very much!
@Aburke85 It's sensible to also obsucre the grid with numbers in the top right hand corner as well this is called your supply number and is also unique infomation. I would immediately obscure this and rehost under the escact same file name.
The important pieces of infomation here are that all the readings have been estimated (the E next to the readings). Do you have your own readings for when you moved in? and for when you moved out.
It looks like you have a multi-rate meter from the serial numbers on the bill. Something along the lines of heatwise or something (where there are technically 3 or 4 different meters) As far as I recall Spark energy cannot support this type of metering correctly which is why there are references to "Unknown" and "unsupported Tarriff" its basically a mish-mash cobbled together to at least get a bill out.
Unfortuantely you'll never get a cheap bill with spark due to their inability to support this type of multi-rate meter. You will need to contact another provider that can support it and arrange the transfer.
In the mean time take your own meter readings and provide these to your supplier to correct the balance. In addition if you the readings when you moved in provide these if not take another set of readings 7 days from now and ask your provider to use these two sets to restimate the start reading for you.0
