Defaults

if all my debts are defualted and passed to colelctions and i start paying them off does my credit rating still go up slightly? and i tkae it while im wid collection agencies there be noway of obtianing credit until they are all fully paid off?

    thats the top and bottom of it breakdown yes. Whatever credit you can get is likely to have massive interest charges. Also applying for more credit even if you get refused will damage your CR even further

    Please dont get any more credit, I beg you.

    surely with 30k of debt, more credit is the last thing you need?

    Breakdown, as far as I remember you havent done an SOA. Once you do one we can help with advice about what to do next.

    Is it that you want to transfer to 0% cards? I would have thought right about now that isnt going to happen, as you'll need to start showing a bit of willing to them as much as you can in order for you to look like a "good risk" additionally if you have all this CC debt, you might well be up to your eyeballs as far as they are concerned and they wont give you any more.

    Sorry I know this isnt what you want to hear but do a SOA, and we can see if there are savings for you

    I think, although im not 100% sure that the APRs will be the same now as they were before the DCAs took over.

    At least if you use this as a starting point it will help us all see whats what :)
