ppi reclaim from GE Money

Hi after advice from this site i e-mailed all information to FOS on 4/11/09 I got reply today saying i now need to send information to the FLA I keep my fingers crossed that they can help to get this claim resolved with ge money I know others are claiming from them too but the put the blockers on my claim with a final response letter of NO just wondered if someone out there (i'm sure) has been in touch with the FLA and what time scale is their reply Here goes with mine

So FOS sent you to FLA. I would go back to FOS asking them to reconsider as you aware that others have got there claim being looked by them with a view of going after after the Insurance company that wrote the policy instead.

I and many other like you have a GE money PPI and FOS said no couldnt help first of all but then they changed tact and said yes and am now going to Insurer instead.

I read this thread with a little disappointment - I've just sent off my complaint to GE Money but now I see this I wonder if they'll just go straight to the "final response" stage ??

Hi yeh i contacted FOS on line sent all copies of letters to and from GE Money thought i was gonna get some help then they sent e-mail saying take it to the FLA which i haven't done yet so should i send all info back to FOS and say what ? i have thought of going to a claims Co can you give any more advice cos i'm not to bright in the brains dept so i struggle to carry on with things sometimes like this claim i think is it really worth the hassle i do hope other's have better luck with their's and don't be disheartened by my downfall it's just the way the cookie crumbles
