sold car without log-book, how do i get my name taken off of it?!

Hi everyone,

Back in July I sold my car through ebay and I couldn't find the log-book but I gave the new-keeper a V62 form (I think that's what it's called) so that he could apply for a new one free of charge due to it being my fault that they didn't have one, anyway the car is still in my name and I've had a couple of parking tickets which have come to my address and I've managed to prove I no longer own the car through ebay but how do I get the car taken out of my name through the DVLA? I don't want anything serious happening and me ending up taking the wrap for it!
