Builder Issue

Hi all, had a new patio installed recommeneded by a family member. Work finished paid him all but £100. Still some stuff outstanding like drainage problems etc.
He keeps saying he will come round but never does.

What should be my next course of action? I have his address etc. I was thinking about sending him a letter recorded, how should I word it?
