I have been waiting for a week now for the secretary to complete a form for my sale. How long should I wait before I chase. He is one of four owners including me but he lives away and is hard to contact.

10 working days is a reasonable response time so give it another week.
Having said that if it's pre-sale enquiries that have been requested, is there a charge for providing the info and has it been requested/paid?
Might be worth a call now rather than waiting another week to be told you need to pay a fee and then still waiting for the info.Opinion, advice and information are different things. Don't be surprised if you receive all 3 in response.0 -
Even commercial management companies are notoriously slow, if this guy is unpaid you may have to suck it up unfortunately. Good advice from blckbrd about checking if there are any fees due.Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0

Thank you for helping.
We are four flats and each owner owns an equal share of the freehold so no fees payable. It is so frustrating to be waiting with the secretary who does not seem to have any sense of urgency.0
